Lived in DFW area all my life, went to UTA for art degree (got that and a husband too!) and have worked doing what I love since. Set retire Oct. 09 to travel some then have my organic chicken egg empire!!!

My hobbies are writing (down to last edit on a sword & sorcery novel), beading (mostly for me, but some custom orders), my dog (who thinks the rv is his new house), my iguana (who thinks the house is his), and . . . my chickeys! I so much love the experience of having chickens. When I was working they were such a stress reliever with their friendly visits to my lap and funny interactions with each other. Now that I am home most of the time, I have gotten to know them better.
